JOB PURPOSE: To provide a complete administrative support to the CE Development Manager and to the Country IT Manager.

- To provide a complete support to the Operations Director
- Handling of e-mails, letters, faxes, phone calls
- Planning and organization of the diary/time management
- Organization of meetings and writing of meeting minutes in Czech and English
- Writing of reports and letters in Czech and English
- Providing of requested translations & interpretations (CZ-ENG-CZ)
- Maintain records and filing system
- Keeping of database (contracts, suppliers, banker's indemnity)
- Organising travelling and accommodation (accommodation, flight tickets, car rentals)

- Secondary degree
- Previous experience in an assistant position
- Very good written and spoken English
- PC skills (MS Office, internet, e-mail)
- Very good communicational and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Service minded, supportive, team player
- Driving license B
